1. Presentation

Thank you for choosing our flat for your stay in Lucena. This regulation aims to ensure a harmonious coexistence and the correct use of the facilities, promoting a comfortable and pleasant experience for all guests.

These regulations must be complied with during the stay. The rules detailed here comply with the provisions of Article 25 of Decree 13/2020 of 18 May and Law 13/2011 of 23 December.

2. Eligibility

• A valid ID will be requested from all guests upon check-in.
• The flat can accommodate 4 people in two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed.
• A credit card may be required as a guarantee. In case of damage or damage during the stay, the corresponding charge will be made.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: From 15:00 h.
• Check-out: Before 11:00 h.
• Please respect these times so that we can prepare the accommodation properly for the next guests.

3. Living and operating conditions

Prohibitions and prohibited actions:

• Smoking inside the flat.
• Excessive noise, especially between 22:00 h and 08:00 h.
• Hanging clothes on balconies, windows or areas visible from the outside.
• Keeping pets, unless expressly authorised.
• Organising parties, events or meetings.

Obligations and duties:

• Treat furnishings and fittings with care.
• Report any incident or malfunction detected during the stay.
• Keep common areas clean and tidy.
• Respect the maximum number of guests indicated in the reservation.

5. List of complementary services

• Free Wi-Fi: The password is available inside the accommodation.
• Parking: Available on the street, subject to availability.
• While no restaurant, gym or laundry services are offered, we will be happy to provide you with local recommendations.

6. Information on facilities and services

• Smart lock: Used for the initial check-in. Once inside, you will find the physical keys on the key ring located in the kitchen, which you will need to use during your stay.
• Sustainability: Please turn off lights and appliances when not in use. Close doors and windows when leaving to conserve energy and maintain security.
• Location: 5 minutes walk from the centre of Lucena and 1 minute from the bus station.

Before leaving:

• Make sure everything is turned off and locked.
• Leave the keys inside and lock the door on your way out.

7. Privacy policy information

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 on Data Protection and RD 1720/2007, the personal data collected will be used exclusively to manage your booking.
