Presentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Thank you for choosing our flat for your stay in Lucena. This regulation aims to ensure a harmonious coexistence and the correct use of the facilities, promoting a comfortable and pleasant experience for all guests. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Licence number:<\/strong> VFT\/CO\/03460<\/p>\n<p>These regulations must be complied with during the stay. The rules detailed here comply with the provisions of Article 25 of Decree 13\/2020 of 18 May and Law 13\/2011 of 23 December. <\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong><br \/>2. Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A valid ID will be requested from all guests upon check-in.<\/li>\n<li>The flat can accommodate 4 people in two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed.<\/li>\n<li>A credit card may be required as a guarantee. Once inside, you will find the physical keys on the key ring located in the kitchen, which you will need to use during your stay. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Sustainability<\/strong>: Please turn off lights and appliances when not in use. Close doors and windows when leaving to conserve energy and maintain security. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong>: 5 minutes walk from the centre of Lucena and 1 minute from the bus station.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Before leaving:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure everything is turned off and locked.<\/li>\n<li>Leave the keys inside and lock the door on your way out.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p><strong><br \/>7.
